The Wheel sits 10 feet underwater to avoid having to put lights on the top.

Review

This ride has amazing views of Disneyland! The swinging car can be a bit scarrier, but I think that makes it more fun. This is not one I do every time I visit due to the slow moving line.

There is a swinging and non-swinging version. Swinging is more fun, but definitely more scary.
